Since Mr. Shein expects, G-d willing, to relocate his family to Israel in August of this year, the large majority of the firm's new matters are shared and/or "co-counselled" with various other attorneys.   Essentially, Mr. Shein assists the client in evaluating a matter and determining who is the most appropriate attorney for a particular matter.   If said attorney is ultimately retained, Mr. Shein then assists the attorney (the attorney of record), behind the scenes, as to the proper ongoing strategy for the matter.  Since, the attorney of record directly compensates Mr. Shein for his assistance on a particular matter, there is no extra fee/cost charged to the client for Mr. Shein's involvement.
